• There are no minimum quantities, and no minimum purchase.
• All prices include the garment, and the image and name of your body of water embroidered on them.
• All prices will have the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5%, and the Ontario Retail Sales Tax (PST) of 8%, added to them.
• Prices are in Canadian funds.

• The turnaround time is 3-5 weeks from order to your door; rush orders are sometimes available, usually at no extra cost.
• Shipping is $9.95 per order regardless of the number of items. If you are considering ordering multiple garments, it is better to order them in one order to save on shipping.
• We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. They provide expedient, cost effective service and are excellent in dealing with rural addresses.

• Custom text may be added to any garment at a nominal cost of $5.00 per garment.
• Some examples of custom text are a person's name, the name of your cottage, recognition of a special occasion or event, i.e. "Lake Regatta 2004", "Deck Crew", or even a favourite cottage saying, i.e. "There's Always Room For One More". You can be as creative as you like!
• Custom text is typically stitched on the front of the garment under the lake image, or on the left sleeve between the elbow and shoulder. On caps, the custom text is embroidered on the rear of the cap. If the custom text is a person's name, we recommend stitching it on the left sleeve. If there are other options for where this text can be added the page will let you select it from a list.

• Relax, and have some fun looking at the garments and adding to your shopping cart. Remember, even after you complete your order and press the order button, you can still make changes to your order. We will confirm your order, make any changes you wish and get your billing information when we call you.
• We understand that on-line payment can be more convenient, especially when the item is a gift. However, when dealing with different garments and their sizing as well as with 1000's of bodies of water; and many with the same name; we just want to take a moment to ensure that you will be 100% delighted with your order.
